To date, Grover has circulated over 1.2 million devices, employs over 400 people, and stands as one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe. We hit Unicorn status in 2022, and are scaling internationally! 

We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste. 

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Sr. Product Data Analyst full-time for our Business Intelligence team at our Berlin HQ (hybrid - min 3 days a week).

Joining our Business Intelligence Team puts you at the forefront of advancing Grover’s customer-centricity and decision-making inspired by analytics. You will become part of a passionate team of data analysts who inspire all different parts of the business through insights. Your main stakeholder groups will be Product, Engineering, and Design. You will directly report to the Team Lead Business Intelligence.

You are responsible for enabling data-inspired product decisions that lift Grover’s user experience to a new level and have a considerable business impact. You foster an environment where data is leveraged effectively to shape product strategy, identify opportunities, and measure success. You do so by ensuring each team has access to the right data, delivering high-quality analyses that uncover actionable insights, and championing best practices in experimentation and data-inspired decision-making.

🎯 What you will contribute:

  • Support and consult on company-wide decision-making through product insights.
  • Own Product Analytics and A/B testing, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining Grover's PIs/KPIs and sharing these with stakeholders.
  • Expand our Product Analytics roadmap by identifying and driving new high-impact use cases. Collaborate with Data Platform, Engineering, and Product teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Represent Business Intelligence in key initiatives and projects within the Data Division and across the company.
  • Advocate for data-inspired decision-making across the organization.

🤝 What you bring:

  • A strong background in Product Analytics, ideally in an eCommerce or digital product setting. 
  • A passion for using data to drive product decisions and a proven track record of delivering impactful insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Familiarity with Segment is a plus.
  • A track record of designing and running A/B tests, defining key product metrics, and measuring the impact of new features.
  • A high level of comfort when working with large datasets, transforming raw data into actionable recommendations that influence our product roadmaps.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to create data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (our company language) with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
