To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Recommerce Specialist full-time for our Supply Chain team at our Berlin HQ.
In this role, you will manage the sale of Grover’s electronic devices no longer in use, working with 3PLs, Recommerce partners, and internal teams. Your responsibilities include creating sales lots, supporting daily sales activities, handling auctions, analyzing data, tracking shipments, and managing invoicing. Additionally, you will ensure timely, efficient sales and payment collection from Recommerce partners.
🎯 What you will contribute:
- Support B2B auctions by preparing sales lots, engaging buyers, running auctions, and managing shipment and invoicing
- Support B2C consignment sales and future channels through lot creation, shipping, tracking results, and invoicing
- Collaborate with Circular Supply Chain, Category, Pricing, and other teams to align Recommerce activities with supply chain plans and business requirements.
- Work with 3PL and Recommerce partners to ensure efficient and accurate processing of sale lots.
- Document Recommerce progress, status, volumes, and revenue accurately.
- Track and document key Recommerce metrics (recovered value, seasonal trends, devices sold, lead times), implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Report deviations from company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations in Recommerce.
- Communicate recurring issues and bottlenecks to stakeholders for awareness and improvement initiatives.
🤝 What you bring:
- 1+ year experience in selling/marketing used electronics (ideally in both B2B & B2C)
- Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or similar field is preferred
- Good market knowledge of used consumer electronics (phones, laptops, TVs, appliances), including seasonal trends, pricing by condition, and common sales channels (B2B & B2C)
- Basic understanding of EU regulatory requirements (WEEE, sustainability laws, invoicing/tax for cross-border sales)
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with solid data analysis skills – able to extract, segment, and report sales data accurately
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and able to troubleshoot and localize operational issues using data
- Clear and professional communicator – knows what information to share with external partners and how
- Business-level English required. German, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus
