Project Coordinator

Manage and maintain the team’s backlog and delivery roadmap;

Coordinate planning and prioritization processes;

Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders across the business;

Track progress on key initiatives and support deadline adherence;

Own team documentation, meeting cadences, and process consistency;

Identify and eliminate operational blockers to support team efficiency;

Support task intake, scoping, and backlog grooming;

Maintain visibility on ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are on track;

Help translate stakeholder requests into structured tasks;
-
Coordinate internal syncs, planning sessions, and documentation;

Act as a communication bridge between the team and business stakeholders.
We need your professional experience:
-
2 years of experience in the project management field;
-
Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in tech or analytics environments;
-
Experience with project management tools Jira, Confluence;
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies;
-
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders;
-
Native Ukrainian speaker;
-
English - Upper-Intermediate (some teams operate fully in English);
-
Experience with Tableau will be a plus;
