Data Analyst

• Translate complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations for different stakeholders;

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau reports;

• Work with data from multiple sources: validate, clean, and prepare data for analysis;

• Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives: identify inconsistencies, gaps, and collaborate on fixes;

• Support management and business teams with data-driven recommendations;

• Analyze traffic performance and unit economics across different regions;

• Develop KPIs and benchmark across different dimensions;

• Participate in the support and improvement of forecasting models.

We need your professional experience:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics;

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets;

• Solid understanding of KPIs and unit economics (CPA, LTV, conversion rates, ROMI, retention, etc);

• Strong skills in data validation, metric logic structuring, and process automation;

• English — Upper-Intermediate (some teams operate in English).
