The Opportunity:

Join GrowthDay, a global leader in personal growth, and play a key role in showcasing our innovative digital solutions. As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with our CEO, Brendon Burchard, a top mindset and performance coach. Your mission is to deliver compelling product demos that help customers see how our solutions can transform their lives.

GrowthDay offers a range of products—from our flagship personal development app to digital courses, live coaching, and exclusive certifications and memberships—designed to help individuals excel in productivity, mindfulness, leadership, and health. As we expand globally, we're looking for passionate team members eager to grow with us.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our teams, guiding customers to the best solutions through live demos. Your work will be crucial to GrowthDay's expansion, making a significant impact on our company's growth.

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • You will conduct sales demos with the highest-level members in the market and community. You'll excel at presenting our product and services to new clients and helping them with their upgrades. 
  • Your persuasive skills and deep product knowledge of our products will be pivotal in driving sales and long-lasting partnerships.
  • You'll proactively identify and drive new business opportunities that directly contribute to scaling our revenue growth. This involves reaching out to prospective Mastery membership upgrades, responding quickly to new inquiries, and mastering your craft of sales outreach and follow-up with the utmost excellence.

You Are What We Are Looking For If:

  • You have led new business development and sales demos at a B2C product and/or media company.
  • You have a history of excellence and attention to detail regarding your online communication, including email, social media, and video.
  • You love personal growth as much as you love forming new partnerships and reaching out to potential partners.
  • You want to build a category-defining software and media company with us.
  • You are pumped to be part of the team that builds and scales the best customer-facing and enterprise-ready personal growth app in the world.
  • You’re a pro collaborator, facilitator, and communicator. 
  • You can lead, but you actually love rolling up your sleeves with the team.

Who Should *Not* Apply:

  • You have not been in a front-facing role actively creating and leading demo presentations yourself.
  • You've never worked on a consumer-focused app (If you’ve only experienced B2B enterprise apps, it's not a fit.)
  • You are not willing to create and send us a video answering questions from the CEO prior to a live meeting with him. (Please look him up!).
  • You are not willing to do a background check (where legally applicable).

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 USD
