The Opportunity 

As a Partner Sales Engineer at GrowthLoop, you’ll be the technical linchpin between our product and our strategic partners, including cloud data platforms, marketing tools, and system integrators. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enable joint solutions, support partner integrations, and ensure seamless deployments that deliver value for customers. This role will sit within our Sales Engineering organization, but will focus primarily on enabling and training GrowthLoop’s strategic partners.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead technical engagements with new and existing partners to support integrations and joint GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with GrowthLoop Product and Engineering teams to represent partner needs and help shape our roadmap for extensibility.
  • Create scalable assets (Demo videos, training guides, architecture diagrams, etc.) that can be used to enable both partners and prospects
  • Support partner onboarding through documentation, workshops, and hands-on technical sessions.
  • Partner with GTM teams to provide technical support for co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement activities.
  • Continuously improve and scale our partner technical processes, toolkits, and integration guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, deployment, and data configuration.

What We Look For 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Partner Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role in a SaaS, cloud, or data-focused company.
  • 1+ years of experience in a role directly supporting strategic partners
  • Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and data activation or transformation pipelines.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns in modern SaaS ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach to problem solving and partnership building.
  • Experience with MarTech, AdTech, or CDP platforms.
  • Prior experience working with strategic technology alliances or system integrators.
  • Technical writing experience (e.g. creating partner enablement guides, documentation, or tutorials).

The estimated base salary is $140,000-$160,000 USD, with a target OTE (on-target earnings) of $180,000-200,000 USD. The variable component is uncapped. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, location, depth of experience, and qualifications.The variable component is uncapped.
