Job Title: Traveling Content Creator (Barry, our mascot)

Salary: $65,000/year

Location: On the road, across MANY events & places in the U.S

About the Role:

We’re hiring a content creator (2... actually... more on that below) to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. For a whole year, you’ll be attending sporting events (The Super Bowl), festivals, sports games, random parking lots, etc — representing Grüns on the ground as both yourself AND our mascot, Barry.

As Barry, you’ll be responsible for bringing joy, wellness, and ~good vibes~ to thousands of people, whether it’s at a concert, sports arena, workout class, anything. As yourself, you'll be showing the world the behind the scenes of 2 creators traveling the country as a mascot.

And yes, we’ll be paying you $65,000 for this wild ride (plus covering all expenses).

In this role, you will:

• Create Content & Manage Barry's Socials (especially YouTube): Document your journey on social media, sharing the behind-the-scenes excitement, posting pics from cool events, and interacting with fans
• Travel in Style: Drive Barry’s custom Grüns-mobile and travel across the U.S., making stops at major events, festivals, sports games, and more
• Be Barry: Wear the Grüns mascot costume and bring Barry to life as the personality of our brand
• Hang with People: Pose for photos, meet Grüns fans, hand out gummies, and share the health benefits of our products through engaging sampling experiences
• Create Memorable Moments: Organize fun mini-events and activations at each stop, engaging with audiences and leaving a lasting impression

About You:

• Creative & Social Media Savvy: Content is a LARGE component of this role. You will be expected to create unbelievable content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Sometimes as yourself, sometimes as Barry
• Outgoing & Energetic: You’re not shy about being the life of the party and can easily connect with people of all ages
• Adventurous: You love travel, meeting new people, and taking part in awesome experiences
• Physically Active: Comfortable being on your feet and moving around in a mascot suit for extended periods of time
• Good Vibes: As Barry, you’ll be a representation of Grüns’ brand, promoting positivity, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle
• You can drive. We'll need BOTH creators to be able to drive so they can trade off when necessary

A Day in the Life of Barry:

• Travel to a new location
• Edit, upload, & post social media from previous day's events & experiences
• Head to a local spot for sampling and meet & greet
• Craft a captivating storyline for filming YouTube and IG content the next day
• Attend a concert or sporting event of your choosing
