About the role
Grüns is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us grow and bring in top talent. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves solving hiring challenges. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders as a strategic partner, helping us build incredible teams while making the hiring process more efficient and effective. You’ll also play a key part in showcasing our mission, values, and what makes us unique to candidates.
Our recruiting culture is to be extremely strategic (quality over quantity of efforts), only spend time on what matters (no unnecessary steps), move with urgency, and feel it is possible to maintain best-in-industry time-to-fill metrics without compromising on hiring the best talent in the market.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for roles across all functions of the business, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers across the company to understand their needs, identify the right talent, and keep everyone in the loop through every stage of the hiring process
- Create a custom sourcing strategy for each role leveraging the team’s network as well as strategic targeted outreach via LinkedIn
- Be responsible for leading all hiring teams in creating an amazing candidate experience with prompt communication, transparency, and empathy throughout the process
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics weekly, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
- Audit, organize, and maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with the highest standards of data integrity
- Drive processes in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity and adapting as needed
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years recruiting in ecommerce
- Proven track record of hiring candidates through a variety of strategies and sources
- A very strong business acumen who has developed a deep understanding of different functions in the ecommerce sector
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and friendly, professional communication are a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
