About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations, equipment management, safety initiatives, and quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring optimal machine uptime, a safe work environment, and alignment across teams to achieve operational excellence.

This role is onsite at our Roanoke Dallas location.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee facility management, including building upkeep, utilities, security, maintenance, and janitorial services.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure optimal machine uptime.
• Champion safety initiatives throughout the organization, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety.
• Implement, manage, and enforce quality standards in collaboration with the quality team.
• Lead cross-functional team initiatives to drive accountability and buy-in for maintenance and safety-related programs.
• Establish processes for vetting and managing contract work to support operations.
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement focused on organization, efficiency, and cost savings.

We're looking for someone who:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management or a related field.
• Expertise in maintenance and safety programs.
• Strong facility management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in generating financial and operational reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fast but thorough: Able to act quickly while ensuring quality.
• Continuous improvement mindset: Celebrates wins while striving for better outcomes.
• Problem solver: Anticipates and resolves issues proactively.
• Hardworking: Committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
• Objective and data-driven: Uses KPIs and data to inform decisions and drive behavior.
