About the role

• This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Dallas location
• We have 4 potential shifts. Below, we will ask which ones you are interested in and please check all that apply
  • Day Shift 1 - Weekday Focused: 
    • Week A: 7 am - 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (48 hours)
    • Week B:  7 am - 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (36 hours)
  • Day Shift 2 - Weekend Focused:
    • Week A: 7 am - 7 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (36 hours)
    • Week B: 7 am - 7 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (48 hours)
  • Night Shift 1 - Weekday Focused: 
    • Week A: 7 pm - 7 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (48 hours)
    • Week B:  7 pm - 7 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (36 hours)
  • Night Shift 2: Weekend Focused: 
    • Week A: 7 pm - 7 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (36 hours)
    • Week B: 7 pm - 7 am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (48 hours)

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient packaging operations, equipment reliability, and quality control in our production facility. You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, optimizing workflows, and leading a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your leadership will directly impact product quality, inventory accuracy, and overall production efficiency. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee in-house packaging, ensuring bulk gummies are efficiently packaged into sachets and gussets while meeting quality and KPI standards.
• Maintain machine uptime by performing preventative maintenance checks in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Ensure inventory control through regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Implement and enforce quality standards as outlined by the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to KPIs and fostering a strong, collaborative work environment.
• Drive operational efficiency, maintaining at least 80% machine uptime.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Quality Management System Program.
• Maintain system accuracy, including inventory levels, bin locations, and lot tracking.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on organization, efficiency, and cost savings

We're looking for someone who:

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor, with a proven ability to manage production processes and meet operational goals.
• Experience in managing maintenance programs, ensuring equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Strong adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), maintaining high standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Proficient in machine operation, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Forklift certified with extensive experience in safe and efficient operation in warehouse and production settings.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management software and databases, optimizing inventory and logistics systems.
• Experienced in inventory management and cycle counting, ensuring accuracy and proper stock control.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of managing and developing high-performing teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
