About the role

About the role Grüns is looking for a Jr. Recruiter to help us grow and bring in top talent. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to learn and solve hiring challenges. In this role, you'll work closely with our Sr. Recruiter and business stakeholders, helping us build incredible teams while making the hiring process more efficient and effective. You'll also play a key part in showcasing our mission, values, and what makes us unique to candidates.

Our recruiting culture is to be extremely strategic (quality over quantity of efforts), only spend time on what matters (no unnecessary steps), move with urgency, and feel it is possible to maintain best-in-industry time-to-fill metrics without compromising on hiring the best talent in the market.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the full cycle recruitment process for designated roles across various functions, from initial candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer support
  • Partner with the Sr. Recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements, identify talent, and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
  • Execute sourcing strategies for each role leveraging targeted outreach via LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
  • Help create an amazing candidate experience with prompt communication, transparency, and empathy throughout the process
  • Track and organize recruitment data, supporting weekly metric analysis and process optimization efforts
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with high standards of data integrity and organization
  • Support recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed
  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage onboarding for new hire employees and support people operations initiatives to help maintain Grüns as a great place to work

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with some exposure to ecommerce or high-growth environments
  • Brings experience with candidate sourcing and relationship building through various channels
  • Shows interest in developing business acumen and understanding different functions within an ecommerce organization
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and friendly, professional communication skills
  • Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills with eagerness to build relationships
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
