Program Manager
What You'll Be Owning:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing overall contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment
What You Must Have:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.
- Knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all task orders.
- Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
- Personnel must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required. PMP Certified.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Desirable but not required certifications include: Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PgMP.
