Position Overview:

The Analytics Manager - Tableau Specialist will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, visual insights that drive strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and management of Tableau dashboards and reports, providing actionable analysis, and supporting data-driven marketing strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Development and Management:
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
    •  Ensure dashboards are visually compelling, user-friendly, and tailored to meet the needs of various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, client services).
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance data, including campaign effectiveness, audience segmentation, and market trends.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.
    • Provide training and support to team members on Tableau usage and best practices.
  • Data Integrity and Quality:
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing routine data quality checks.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Strategy and Optimization:
    • Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and improving campaign performance.
    • Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Tableau dashboard development and management.
  • Proven experience in working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI platform integration for enabling visualization and generating insights.
  • Experience in the advertising and marketing industry is a plus.
