Pay Range: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, onsite

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers, and truck restraints.
- Diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and complete repairs independently.
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on commercial equipment.
- Read work orders and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and jobsite requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service truck in good condition.
- Document work performed with accuracy and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial overhead doors, loading dock equipment, or similar mechanical trades.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in industrial environments.
- Ability to work independently on installs and service calls.
Technical Skills
- Experience with:
- Sectional doors
- Rolling steel doors
- Dock levelers & restraints
- High-speed doors
- Operators & controls
- Solid troubleshooting and mechanical diagnosis abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and install instructions.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious.
- Able to manage time effectively and follow through on commitments.
- Works well without micromanagement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in industrial conditions.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to take part in training and meet company standards
