The Integrated Producer will maintain, strengthen and grow relationships with clients through management of projects of all sizes, clear communication, and exceptional planning and organization. The Integrated Producer is the liaison between VML/GTB and our suppliers throughout the entire production process, from the award date until the production is delivered to the client. The Integrated Producer is the channel of communication that helps to interpret the needs of the client into specific goals that can be achieved by our internal and/or external resources.

You are a positive big-picture thinking candidate who can juggle, execute and deliver production solutions across multiple platforms: short and long form video, digital and intelligent content initiatives that could include, Linear TV, Addressable TV, Social, CTV, DCO and more.

As a key part of the team, you will partner with media, creative, account and strategy to collaboratively develop and manage production timelines and budgets while ensuring a high level of creative execution.  

This role includes collaborating with internal and external creative teams, 3rd party  partners, and engaging with resources across multiple WPP businesses.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Possesses a creative and strategic mindset.  The best path to the best outcome!
  • Keep functional leads and internal teams updated on status and ensure we are hitting all our milestones.
  • Create and present production strategies, budgets, schedules and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.
  • Based on scope/budget/timeline of a project, you can quickly identify which partner is best suited to execute the creative vision
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Able to apply critical and strategic thinking
  • Able to quickly grasp new technologies
  • Willingness to travel
  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident and above all, possessing common sense
  • Unflappable, positive attitude, providing calm in every potential storm.
  • Partner with creatives and account to identify needs and align on a SOW, meet all project deadlines and deliver on budget at the highest creative/production quality.

  • Stay current in production trends, new technologies and tools. Have an understanding and keep abreast of AI’s potential to explore ways it can enhance the work.

  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in producing Integrated campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Visual or Media Communications preferred but not mandatory
  • Have the physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
