Job Summary:

This critical role drives the success of Ford & Lincoln Incentives & Offers and Ford Sales Events by expertly managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders, including Ford, Ford IT, Ford Direct, and all WPP | Ford companies supporting the US business. 

Key Responsibilities:

Incentives & Offers

  1. The Program Manager guides cross-functional teams in implementing and managing incentives and offers across all programs, helping drive retail sales and enhancing customer engagement.
  2. Foster teamwork and camaraderie with offshore teams to ensure the team supporting Incentives & Offers is running optimally.
  3. Collaborate with agency and Ford stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, C&I) to identify, prioritize, and regularly reassess program objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and retail sales strategies. 
  4. Develop deep ties and in roads with the Ford C&I group.
  5. Oversee and drive technical and process projects that improve efficiency and speed to market in sharing and publishing incentives and offers across all mediums (site, ola, social, crm, tv, disclaimers and more)
  6. Identify areas for optimization and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data to understand program impact and make data-driven recommendations for future program enhancements.
  8. Maintain comprehensive visibility into all Incentives & Offers program activities, tracking progress against objectives and ensuring the GTB and other agency teams are meeting performance targets. 
  9. Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentations, communicating key findings and insights to stakeholders. Proactively identify and address any performance gaps.
  10. Be an advocate for the Incentives & Offers workstream throughout all areas of the agency, frequently sharing progress and opportunities for improvement with agency teams in the Detroit area and around the country.
  11. Foster strong partnerships with the Ford business, Ford IT, Ford Direct all WPP Companies, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure program alignment, resource allocation, and successful execution. This includes participating in joint planning sessions, resolving conflicts, and building consensus.

Additional Responsibilities:
Sales Events

  1. Provide program management oversight for all Ford US retail sales events, ensuring all WPP | Ford agencies are aligned and executing on time, and ensuring effective communications and deliverable sharing with other stakeholders such as Ford Direct and others.
  2. By gaining first-hand experience in the processes and work behind the execution of sales events, look for, suggest and drive improvement opportunities.

Sales Events and Incentives & Offers workstreams are closely aligned.

Other Ford.com Support

  1. On ford.com, work closely with Ford business and agency team members to ensure the optimum customer experience of offers on ford.com
  2. Provide support on other ford.com projects that intersect or are complementary to either offers, sales events or “regional” functionality on ford.com that help drive lower funnel activities.


Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in standard PM software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA).
  • Working knowledge or willingness to learn legal and regulatory compliance related to advertising, including knowledge of incentive and offer regulations.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Project and Program Management with proven ability to guide and motivate broad teams who are not direct reports, influencing outcomes through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Experience working with external partners and agencies.
  • Knowledge of automotive retail sales processes and best practices is a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
