We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated video production and deliverables, part of the Model-e (EV) team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in executing and delivering video content across multiple tiers and digital platforms—ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment amongst the various teams, channels, and stakeholders. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where success depends on your ability to manage complex workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive video projects from concept to final delivery.
In this role you will…
- Lead Cross-Functional Campaign Execution
Partner with Account, Strategy, Media, Creative, and Production teams to develop and implement cohesive advertising video content to algin with campaign goals and strategies. - Ensure Strategic & Brand Consistency
Oversee project alignment with client and agency brand standards and communication strategies throughout the entire content and campaign lifecycle. - Manage Digital Project Delivery
Drive end-to-end execution of digital deliverables—trafficking, creative development, quality assurance, troubleshooting—ensuring on-time, high-quality launches. - Optimize Internal Processes
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance cross-team collaboration. - Quality Control & Issue Resolution
Own QA processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards across video assets and platforms. - Support Additional Initiatives
Take on other projects and responsibilities as needed to support the broader marketing and project management teams.
You have…
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to educate internal agency personnel
- Excellent project management skills and experience
- Ability to address difficult issues and to solve problems quickly in the face of challenges
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of metrics, analytics and optimization a plus
- Digital marketing experience preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000 - $140,000 USD
