What we need: 

We are looking for an Application / Systems Specialist to implement, manage, and maintain Guardian Partner Services Core technology. This individual will serve an instrumental role, both technical and functional, deploying and supporting systems to successfully integrate new acquisitions. They will work closely with SaaS / implementation partners during integration and roll-out. This candidate will deliver a great partnership experience post deployment, by maintaining Core technology systems and providing end-user support. This specialist will be customer-oriented, resourceful, and work with a high sense of urgency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Core technology, including CRM, ERP, SCM and Work Order Management / Field Services, by collaborating with software vendors and system implementers.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide technical and functional support to users.
  • Document system configurations and procedures as inputs into M&A playbooks for future integration.
  • Design, develop, and support standard interactive dashboards to present data insights effectively, provide data management support.
  • Capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge for collaborating and scaling, leveraging MS Teams, SharePoint, and a potential LMS.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries.
  • Manage user access, accounts, and permissions.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing CRM, ERP, SCM, and Work Order Management / Field Services SaaS applications.
  • Hands-on experience building and supporting knowledge management / content collaboration (SharePoint and Teams) and workflow automation (Power Automate).
  • Adept at creating and supporting BI visualization for data-driven decision making (Power BI / Domo).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 end-user support and to effectively manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong functional / business background that complements technical know-how.
  • Detailed documentation practice to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Prior experience in a “start-up” environment.
  • Ability to do occasional travel to various locations

Compensation:

Guardian is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $75,000 – 85,000 + Annual Bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Location: This role is a hybrid role – requiring 2-3 days/week in the downtown Denver office.
