Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our affiliate and paid media initiatives across multiple channels. This individual will be instrumental in executing strategies that support organizational objectives that align with our brand’s voice, ensuring campaigns remain authentic, relevant, and cutting-edge. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of performance marketing. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. How you'll help:

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead media purchasing strategy across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels. Develop customized approaches to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.  
  • Affiliate Marketing Leadership: Drive and scale our affiliate marketing efforts, with a particular focus on Amazon growth, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets for ROI, growth, and engagement. 
  • Retailer Marketing: Collaborate with Shopper Marketing team and retail partners to develop and execute paid media and promotional strategies that align with the broader business goals. 
  • Influencer Marketing Consultation: Collaborate with the Communications and Organic Social teams to consult on and support the execution of influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement and resonate with the brand's core audience. 
  • Influencer Marketing Strategy: Own the influencer marketing strategy from concept to execution. Work with the Communications and Organic Social teams to identify key influencers, manage partnerships, and ensure influencer content is aligned with brand messaging while driving engagement and conversions. 
  • Boosted Organic Social: Collaborate with the Organic Social team to identify high-performing organic content and implement paid amplification strategies across platforms. Ensure that boosted posts stay true to the brand’s voice and engage the right audience to maximize reach and conversions. 
  • CRM & Data-Driven Targeting: Lead the selection and onboarding of a CRM agency or consultant to support data-driven targeting, conversion optimization, and revenue generation through paid campaigns, as we continue to build and enhance our customer database.  
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • KPI & Goal Setting: Establish performance benchmarks and continuously track KPIs, such as ROAS, CTR, LTV, CPA, etc., ensuring all initiatives are aligned with organizational growth objectives. 
  • Additional Responsibilities: 
    • Create impactful, strategic marketing presentations utilizing data, insights, and storytelling.  
    • Support creation of a performance dashboard to help entire organization understand performance marketing ROI.  
    • Assist in the development and management of the annual performance marketing plan and budget.  

What you'll bring to the table:

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant performance marketing experience within the CPG industry (F&B experience preferred). 
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, other social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, X), programmatic advertising, and DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk),  
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, retargeting, and partnership programs.  
  • Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. 
  • Experience developing and executing A/B tests and other experimentation to improve performance. 
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and budget allocation. 
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform campaign optimizations.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing attribution models (e.g., first-click, last-click, multi-touch) and conversion tracking tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
  • Reliable, team player who has an ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong collaborative nature: ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Is curious and takes initiative, develops, and seeks out creative and innovative ideas with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex, omni-channel campaigns efficiently. 

What we offer:

The pay range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors; actual pay offered may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Sales commissions and/or variable pay plans are also offered depending on the position (ex: monthly, quarterly, annual bonuses). Salary Range

$87,000 - $114,000 USD
