Position is Fulltime (40 hrs. per week), Monday-Friday, 100% onsite, located at the Central Park Guidelight Facility.  Working with the Adult PHP population. 

*Seeking independently licensed therapists, though, will consider associate licensed therapists dependent upon experience.

An Adult Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

Guidelight Health is looking for dedicated Adult Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers to provide services to Adult in the PHP setting. We are excited to find innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients.

Therapist will provide direct care to clients admitted in Partial Hospital Program (PHP) level of care, conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients. Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience, and competency.

Requirements

Qualities of a Guidelight Health Therapist

  • Clinical experience working with Adolescents
  • Understanding of a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
  • Confident in Group Therapy
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibly and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university License-Eligible program (Required) 
  • Colorado state Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) (Preferred). Provisional or associate therapy license in Colorado (Required) 
  • 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems (Preferred) 

Pay Range

$72,000 - $90,000 USD
