Title: Director, Clinical Outreach, Raleigh
Reports to: Vice President, Business Development & Clinical Outreach
Department/Location: Remote – Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill Area
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary:
About the role: At Guidelight, we are on a mission to provide the highest quality behavioral health care to everyone who needs it. As the Director of Clinical Outreach, your work will allow us to achieve this goal. You’ll lead our outreach efforts in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area, partnering with our clinical and operations team to build strong relationships with the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill provider community.

Responsibilities:

Be a valuable source of information for all things related to intermediate levels of care in mental health.

Act as consultant to professionals (managed care organizations, therapists, psychiatrists, schools, health systems, and other providers) and families looking to access services.

Interface with admissions to ensure a seamless client experience and drive census.

Become knowledgeable of all Guidelight programs.

Utilize a customer relationship management system to manage daily outreach activity.

Participate in weekly team growth meetings.

Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.

Lead meetings with clients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and solidify community partnerships.

Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners.

Deepen relationships with existing partner.

Lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.

Synthesize market feedback from partners, clients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on census targets.
Qualifications:

Must be based in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area.

5+ years of relevant work experience.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels of the organization.

Ability to travel locally for meetings with potential clinical partners.

Strong time management skills and the DNA of a goal-oriented self-starter.

Comfort with video conferencing, leading and scheduling meetings, and CRM.

Experience presenting to and persuading executives and clinician.
