Title: Operations Excellence Manager (Growth and Go-To-Market)
Reports to: Vice President, Operations Excellence
Department/Location: Operations / Remote
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary:
Reporting to our Vice President of Operations Excellence, this Operations Excellence Manager will be a dynamic, results-driven leader responsible for driving strategic planning, scalable growth, and operational excellence as we expand into new states and markets. They will lead the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that can scale seamlessly across new clinic openings, ensuring consistent, high-quality care delivery from day one in every new market. Using a data-driven approach, they will identify opportunities for improvement, track key performance metrics, and build the operational infrastructure needed to support rapid, sustainable growth. Skilled in change management, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every new location is set up for success and integrated smoothly into the broader organization.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with leadership to define clear, measurable strategic objectives and translate them into actionable plans across departments.
- Take a comprehensive “360” approach to problem-solving, understanding how different components of the organization interact, and ensuring all efforts are aligned to drive cohesive outcomes.
- Monitor progress against key milestones, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure alignment of resources and teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Process Improvement and Operational Excellence:
- Identify and implement processes to streamline operations, improve communication, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Create and drive standards of excellence in care delivery with client experience and clinical quality as the North Star.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into the weeds when needed, taking on key projects with a get-it-done attitude and tackling challenges head-on to ensure progress and results.
- Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of progress and results.
- Strong execution-driven mentality with an ability to maintain a sense of urgency, rally teams around key deadlines, and ensure on-time results through accountability and focused collaboration.
- Data-Analysis & Decision Making:
- Analyze key performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to support decisions on resource allocation, process optimization, and strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Change Management:
- Drive change initiatives by gaining teammate-wide buy-in across new implementations, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and alignment to drive shared goals and smooth change adoption.
- Monitor the impact of change efforts, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes and sustain momentum.
- Special Projects:
- Take ownership of diverse, high-priority projects, using strong problem-solving skills to conduct root cause analysis and create structured solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity with ease, developing processes and improvements that bring clarity, efficiency, and long-term impact to evolving initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Tailor communication strategies to effectively engage diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance for each stakeholder group.
- Proven cross-functional leader with a knack for breaking down barriers and fostering a culture of collaboration, driving seamless teamwork across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement, with demonstrated experience supporting multi-site growth or geographic expansion.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process changes based on insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Pay Range
$120,000 - $135,000 USD
