Key Marketing and Creative functions:
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads to attract and engage potential clients
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation campaigns that nurture and convert prospects; collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, providing them with the necessary marketing collateral, insights, and analytics to close deals
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including case studies, whitepapers, brochures, blog posts, and newsletters, to educate clients on industry trends, products, and success stories
- Event Marketing: Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events to raise brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners
- Partnership Development: Foster and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including thought leaders and collaborators, to enhance brand presence and influence within the WealthTech space
Must haves
- Budget Management & ROI Tracking: Experience managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that all initiatives deliver a strong return on investment (ROI); advanced proficiency monitoring and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics (KPIs) to refine strategies
- Strategic Leadership & Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance market position within a regulated industry
- Creativity & Innovation: Experience thinking beyond the confines of traditional models to recognize opportunities and find new and better ways of doing things, including exploring different alternatives that would achieve a similar output, with the goal of achieving process optimization or automation
- Customer Focus: Ability to identify, consider, and prioritize the needs of customers, actively soliciting internal and customer feedback in order to improve the customer experience
Nice to haves
- Knowledge or experience in the retirement space or fintech market is a plus
