Job Description:
We are actively building a pool of skilled professionals for future Product & Design-related opportunities. 

Key Product, Growth & Design Roles and Areas of Expertise

  • Product Manager (Individual Contributor): Lead cross-functional teams to create highly innovative products and experiences for our customers; drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our products
  • Product Designer (Individual Contributor): Drives product strategy and champions the user, owning the end-to-end user experience from initial ideation to final implementation; collaborates with the Research & Development team to integrate design concepts into functional products

Must haves

  • Bias to Urgency: you operate with a sense of urgency, knowing that swift action is often key to providing value in a fast-paced industry
  • Experience in Product Management, Product Design, or Product Marketing 
  • Previous experience supporting B2B or B2B2C, preferably in a Fintech or fast-paced startup
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Figma, Jira, SQL 
  • Strong interpersonal & comms skills; you will be working with a diverse group of stakeholders

Nice to haves

  • Background in Fintech, regtech, or HR-tech a plus
  • Experience in the fintech industry or another heavily regulated industry  
  • Experience with AI tools like Bolt, Lovable, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to augment PM workflows
