As an Accounts Receivables Clerk, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the efficient operation of our accounts receivable processes. The role also involves supporting the VP, Global Accounts Receivable in daily operations.

What YOU will own:
- Collections: Conduct professional outbound collection calls and emails to ensure timely customer payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Customer Service: Address billing discrepancies and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Send payment reminders and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client billing records, post collections to accounts, and verify calculations, balances, and supporting documentation.
- Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, monitor assigned accounts, and assist with daily cash collections reporting.
- Issue Resolution: Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
- Journal Entries: Prepare journal entries as required and determine currency exchange rates for deposited funds.
- Support: Assist the VP, Global Accounts Receivable with various tasks and special projects as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to policy and procedure to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Experience YOU will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or a related field.

- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
