Advisor Payments Clerk
Overview:
The Advisor Payments Clerk supports a global advisor network by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role operates within a remote, cross-regional team structure and requires strong communication skills, responsiveness across time zones, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a high-volume daily invoice queue
- Process invoices accurately and within established service level timelines
- Obtain required invoice approvals in accordance with company policies and internal controls
- Manage high-volume Advisor invoice and payment-related emails across regions using email ticketing platform
- Serve as primary point of contact for Advisors and Associates regarding invoice and payment inquiries
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and complete communication
- Create invoices on behalf of Advisors as needed
- Collaborate effectively with global team members across multiple time zones
- Support process improvements and assist with special projects as needed
What You Have:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume email workflows efficiently using email ticketing platform
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines in a remote environment
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in email/ticketing systems and standard financial or accounting platforms
- Fluency in English (required)
- Up to 2 years of AP or Finance experience preferred (not required)
