Market Research Associate

Qsight is seeking a driven, intellectually curious individual who is passionate about surveys, market research, and data, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics space. The Market Research Associate will support our Tracker product and other aesthetics-related initiatives. Tracker is a primary data source offering that monitors growth and trends across multiple Aesthetics and MedTech markets. The ideal candidate will have experience using Qualtrics and Excel and an interest in developing expertise in survey research, healthcare market intelligence, and data analysis. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in market research.
This is a hybrid position out of our Pune office, Mumbai office, OR can be fully remote. The ideal candidate will be able to work US Eastern time zone (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST).
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and apply analytical and survey research skills while supporting ongoing market research initiatives
- Assist in recruiting, managing, and maintaining ongoing relationships with panel members
- Support monthly and quarterly volume and usage data collection from longitudinal panels of medical aesthetics and healthcare professionals for tracker data sets
- Support market research project activities to meet our client's project goals
- Assist with survey questionnaire development, survey programming in Qualtrics, testing, deployment, and survey distribution
- Perform data collection and quality assurance activities
- Assist in analyzing market data and identifying key trends to support internal teams and client deliverables
- Review and prepare data for monthly and quarterly release cycles while ensuring accuracy and quality standards
- Support the maintenance of recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations used by clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with reporting and data visualization efforts, helping to communicate findings clearly and accurately
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, sociology, economics, finance, market research, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in market research, survey research, data analysis, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Experience with survey programming, testing, and deployment; Qualtrics experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and analysis); PowerPoint experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new research methodologies, technologies, and tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with panel management / recruitment is a plus
