Success in this role is defined by enhanced process efficiency, elevated project management capabilities, optimized OT IR response operations, and quantifiable improvements in delivery metrics.

Role Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Operational Maturity

  • Evaluate and refine existing operational processes to increase efficiency and support the practice's continued expansion into new service areas and market segments.
  • Enhance established frameworks for OT project execution by implementing advanced automation, improving quality checkpoints, and reducing cycle times while maintaining delivery excellence.
  • Elevate quality assurance and control processes through the implementation of industry-leading practices, metrics-driven improvements, and proactive risk management.
  • Optimize process documentation and knowledge management systems to accelerate onboarding, enable self-service for Project Managers, and reduce dependency on senior leadership for routine operational decisions.

Project Manager Capability Enhancement

  • Advance GuidePoint PM capabilities through the development of sophisticated toolkits for OT engagements including predictive risk matrices, escalation decision frameworks, and client communication strategies tailored to critical infrastructure environments.
  • Refine cross-functional handoff protocols between Sales, Delivery, and Project Management to eliminate gaps, reduce turnaround times, and improve client experience during transitions.
  • Implement PM coaching and mentorship programs that elevate OT domain expertise and enable PMs to proactively manage complex engagements with greater autonomy.

OT Incident Response Operational Excellence

  • Partner with GuidePoint's established DFIR team to implement advanced OT-specific metrics and analytics that provide actionable insights into response performance, resource optimization, and engagement effectiveness.
  • Mature post-incident review frameworks to systematically capture and disseminate organizational learning, strengthen response protocols, and demonstrate continuous improvement to clients and stakeholders.

Strategic Operations & Performance Management

  • Leverage operational data and delivery analytics to identify high-impact optimization opportunities, forecast resource requirements, and inform strategic growth decisions.
  • Implement process improvements and automation solutions that measurably reduce administrative overhead, accelerate delivery timelines, and enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing Management Office to refine capacity planning models that anticipate market demand, optimize utilization, and support the practice's strategic growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Serve as the strategic operational liaison between OT leadership, Project Management Office, Sales, and client-facing teams to ensure organizational alignment and efficient execution.
  • Partner with OT Field Enablement and Sales Operations to continuously improve the opportunity-to-delivery pipeline, enhancing scoping accuracy, resource forecasting, and project kickoff experiences.
  • Work alongside technical SMEs to codify institutional knowledge into scalable operational procedures that preserve expertise while enabling practice expansion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 4+ years' experience in project management, business analysis, or operations management with demonstrated progression of responsibility.
  • Proven experience optimizing operations within professional services environments; experience within OT cybersecurity, industrial control systems, or critical infrastructure is highly valued.
  • Proficient with modern project management platforms, CRM systems, and workflow automation tools with the ability to leverage advanced features and integrations.
  • Strategic process design capabilities with demonstrated success balancing standardization with the flexibility required for sophisticated technical engagements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and drive consensus on operational improvements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making, measure operational performance, and demonstrate business value.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
