GuidePoint is looking for a seasoned and strategic Product Marketing leader with deep experience in information security, cybersecurity services, or B2B SaaS technology organizations. This senior leadership role will sit on the Corporate Marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This individual will set the strategic direction for product/service marketing, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner with executive stakeholders across the organization to define market positioning, drive go-to-market strategy, and accelerate revenue growth for GuidePoint Security's full portfolio of professional services and solutions.

You bring a deep command of the cybersecurity landscape and are passionate about translating complex technical capabilities into compelling market narratives that resonate with buyers at every level of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Lead Product Marketing team vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with and promote overall company goals
  • Lead and scale go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing service solution offerings, including launch planning, sales enablement, and competitive positioning
  • Master storyteller – translate technical content from SMEs into compelling collateral and thought leadership that draws customers in and clearly articulates how our service solutions address critical cybersecurity challenges
  • Position GuidePoint's professional services from a thought leadership and competitive perspective, with a deep understanding of buyer personas and the enterprise purchase journey
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform services positioning and executive decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Regional Marketing to ensure cohesive GTM execution and consistent messaging
  • Oversee the company's content strategy including blog, white papers, case studies, webinars, and executive presentations
  • Build and develop the Product Marketing team; manage budget and resource allocation to drive measurable pipeline and sales enablement impact

Required Experience: 

  • 12+ years' experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
  • Must have significant cybersecurity or information security industry experience; managed services or professional services background strongly preferred
  • Detail-oriented and organized leader who can manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in defining market positioning and orchestrating the launch of differentiated products/services that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including thought leadership and executive-level content development
  • Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity products and services, including specific industry and technical knowledge
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
  • Deep understanding of how a product/service is sold and the channels they are sold into
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams at the executive level. Experience building trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Leadership is essential.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 20% travel required, including industry conferences, customer engagements, and company events

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work
  • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
