Are you passionate about empowering young children to become independent, confident, and lifelong learners? We’re hiring Assistant Teachers (Guides) to support our beautiful Montessori classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0-6).

Your Role

As an Assistant Guide, you will:
✔️ Support a mixed-age classroom by fostering an environment of curiosity and independence.
✔️ Provide individualized and small-group lessons using hands-on Montessori materials.
✔️ Observe and respond to each child’s unique needs.
✔️ Maintain an organized, engaging, and welcoming learning space.
✔️ Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

What We’re Looking For

An ideal candidate has:
🔹 Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school setting.
🔹 A passion for child development and the Montessori philosophy (previous Montessori experience is a plus but not required!).
