-
Lead activities that build practical life skills, language, motor development, and social grace
-
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and parents
-
Use rich, precise language in Spanish to support bilingual learning
-
Support toilet learning, self-care, and age-appropriate independence
-
Foster a loving, peaceful, and joyful learning community
Your Classroom Environment
Our toddler classrooms include:
-
Child-sized furniture and real, natural materials (not plastic)
-
Open spaces for movement, crawling, climbing, and self-discovery
-
Materials that promote dressing, feeding, and toileting independence
-
Cozy rugs, real plants, soft lighting, and breakable objects to encourage care and responsibility
-
A full Montessori material set and budget for personalization
You’re a great fit if you:
-
Are fluent or native in Spanish
-
Have experience working with toddlers (ages 0–3) in a daycare, nursery, or preschool setting
-
Hold—or are willing to earn—Montessori certification (we fully sponsor training!)
-

Are enthusiastic about Montessori or other child-led education methods
We Offer:

-
Career growth and leadership opportunities
