We’re searching for warm, adaptable, and dedicated Assistant Guides (Teachers) to join our joyful community and support children ages 0–6 in our beautifully prepared Montessori classrooms.

Your Role

As an Assistant Guide, you’ll partner with our Lead Guides to:

• Carefully observe and understand each child’s unique needs.

• Prepare a beautiful, orderly, and engaging classroom that fosters focus and independence.

• Offer gentle, one-on-one and small-group lessons that meet each child where they are.

• Build authentic relationships with every child and family, creating a caring and respectful community.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young children in a school or caregiving setting (Montessori experience is a plus—but not required!)

• A genuine love for children and respect for their amazing capabilities.

• Adaptability, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
