We are seeking a Children’s House Lead Guide (serving ages 3–6) who is ready to bring the Montessori method to life and empower children to become confident, capable, and joyful learners.
Why This Role Matters
As the Lead Guide, you are the architect of your classroom community. You’ll guide children through the sensitive period of independence, literacy, and social development while partnering with families to support each child’s journey.
What You’ll Do

Design and lead a beautiful, authentic Montessori environment for children ages 3–6

Present Montessori lessons that spark curiosity, independence, and discovery

Foster a culture of kindness, respect, and collaboration within the classroom

Observe and track each child’s progress to ensure individualized growth

Partner with Assistant Guides, families, and school leaders to create a thriving community
What You’ll Bring

AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma for the 3–6 age group (or willingness to earn one with our sponsorship)

Classroom experience with preschool or early childhood students

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
