We're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven leader to join our growing team as an Assistant Head of School in the Lynnwood area.

As an Assistant Head of School, you'll play a critical leadership role in creating an outstanding experience for every child, every family, and every team member who walks through our doors. About the Role
The Assistant Head of School partners closely with the Head of School to support the daily operations and long-term success of the campus. This role blends leadership, admissions, operations, customer service, and community engagement into one dynamic position.

What You'll Do
Create an Exceptional Family Experience
- Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective families
- Serve as a trusted resource by communicating proactively and resolving questions with professionalism and care
- Deliver engaging campus tours that showcase the Guidepost experience
- Partner with families throughout the admissions process, helping convert inquiries into enrollments
- Foster a welcoming school community through events, communication, and family engagement
Drive Enrollment & Admissions
- Own the day-to-day admissions pipeline by managing leads through our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospective families through calls, emails, and personalized communication
- Partner with school leadership to achieve enrollment goals
- Plan and support community outreach events that generate awareness and new family interest
- Monitor enrollment activity and identify opportunities to improve conversion
Lead School Operations
- Support daily campus operations, including billing, supply ordering, facility coordination, and vendor communication
- Maintain organized systems and accurate records
- Coordinate projects while balancing multiple priorities
- Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions
- Help create efficient processes that allow the school to run smoothly
Support School Leadership
- Help build a positive, collaborative culture for children, families, and staff
- Partner with the Head of School on school initiatives and strategic priorities
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a service mindset
- Step in where needed to ensure the success of the school

Qualifications
- Director Qualified with 24 ECE or Child Development units
- Previous leadership experience in an early childhood education setting
- Experience working directly with families and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology and business systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger leadership team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Admissions Director, School Director, Assistant Director, Administrative Director, or Program Director
- Experience driving admissions, enrollment, or sales goals
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Experience with billing or school management software
- Montessori experience or Montessori certification
- Knowledge of the local community and experience building community partnerships
