Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to understand customer challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and solution alignment.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
Solution Design:
- Architect and propose tailored solutions that leverage our products and services to meet customer needs.
- Provide guidance on system integration, data flow, and implementation best practices.
- Address scalability, performance, and security concerns in solution proposals.
- Technical Leadership:
- Act as the technical advisor during the sales process, ensuring customer confidence in our solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving customer requirements to inform solution strategies.
Enablement and Documentation:
- Prepare technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, integration guides, and implementation plans.
- Train customers and internal teams on product capabilities, customization options, and ongoing management.
- Provide feedback to product teams to improve features and resolve gaps identified during customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers. Prior experience in the manufacturing space is a plus.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
Technical Skills:
- 2-4 years operational experience working in factories, including experience with Process Improvement, Pareto Principle, and OEE
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
