Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to understand customer challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and solution alignment.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.

Solution Design:

  • Architect and propose tailored solutions that leverage our products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Provide guidance on system integration, data flow, and implementation best practices.
  • Address scalability, performance, and security concerns in solution proposals.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Act as the technical advisor during the sales process, ensuring customer confidence in our solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and evolving customer requirements to inform solution strategies.

Enablement and Documentation:

  • Prepare technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, integration guides, and implementation plans.
  • Train customers and internal teams on product capabilities, customization options, and ongoing management.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to improve features and resolve gaps identified during customer interactions.

 

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers. Prior experience in the manufacturing space is a plus.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • 2-4 years operational experience working in factories, including experience with Process Improvement, Pareto Principle, and OEE

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
