Senior Product Marketing Manager

As we continue expanding, we're looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help scale our efforts and drive engagement with both new and existing customers.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to fuel our next stage of growth. You will connect directly with customers, shape our messaging across personas and industries, and promote a consistent drumbeat of Guidewheel's innovation to customers, prospects, and internal teams.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, your work will directly fuel our growth and is core to Guidewheel’s strategy to drive impact for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become an expert in our customers, product, and the manufacturing industry: build strong relationships with our customers and develop value-driven and compelling messaging, enablement materials, external facing content, and presentations.
- Lead impactful go-to-market launches: Partner closely with product, customer success, and sales leaders to shape and execute our product marketing vision and GTM strategies to fuel Guidewheel’s growth within new accounts and expansion within our current customer base.
- Develop high-impact content: Create scalable, high-quality materials and programs for customers (in their voice!), including website updates,videos, one-pagers, and blogs, video series that clearly communicate value.
- Effectively and creatively enable sales: Develop training, tools, and resources that empower them to communicate and demo Guidewheel’s value effectively across a range of industries and customer needs.
- Use data to measure launch effectiveness: Establish best-in-class reporting methods that deliver real-time insights and surface areas for improvement. Use this data to continuously optimize performance and enhance the effectiveness of launches, campaigns, and more.
- Extreme ownership and collaboration: requires someone to bring their A+ game every day, to want to solve tough challenges, to be unafraid getting into the weeds and experiment, and willing to move fast with high-quality results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience: 6+ years in Product Marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Communication: Excellent written/verbal communication, internal collaboration and communication, and success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, deliver clear, actionable insights, and use data to drive decisions.
- Working style: Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in environments without a set playbook and embracing the opportunities and challenges of ambiguity.
- Product launches: Excellent ability to translate technical product features into compelling, clear, and differentiated messaging and execute on complex launch plans.
Sales enablement: Experience building best in class sales enablement trainings and content that significantly influences sales and revenue.
- Market & customer intelligence: Excited to be in front of customers, understand their behaviors, motivators, and think strategically to build effective content that drives impact.

- Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of $140,000 - $170,000, plus equity (0.01%-0.03%) and other benefits.
