We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouses in Stamford and Cromwell, CT and New Jersey.  This dynamic role includes managing our operations across the locations, as well as driving our company truck to support our logistics needs.

What you will do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple locations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and shipping across 3 office locations. 
• Enforce safety and compliance standards, conducting regular inspections and training to uphold a secure and safe work environment.  
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control by coordinating regular audits and implementing effective tracking systems.  
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including packing and shipping.  
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancement.  
• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to Operations team, while maintaining the company fleet.  
• Service, stage and load Gutter/Metal roofing machines 
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling and logistics management.   
• Utilize the company vehicle to support warehouse operations, including transportation between locations.  
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with overall business goals.  

What you will bring:  

• Forklift certification, a must
• OSHA 10, preferred 
• Bilingual, preferred
• Familiar with MAC computers, preferred
• Able to navigate a trailer
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• 5+ years of experience managing and organizing a warehouse in compliance with OSHA regulations
• A great ‘can-do’ attitude with an impeccable work ethic

• Base Salary: 70,000-80,000
