SERVICE MANAGER ROLE: 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage all residential service and repair operations, applying in-depth technical knowledge of roofing/siding and window systems to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience.

  • Act as the main liaison between homeowners, crews, and internal departments, delivering clear, respectful communication and timely updates throughout the service process.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for building trust with homeowners.

  • Coordinate daily service schedules, dispatch crews, and manage materials to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

A well-organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.

  • Conduct on-site inspections and enforce company standards, providing guidance and support to technicians as needed.

A successful candidate is a problem-solver with a leadership mindset and a commitment to quality.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years in construction project management or site supervision with direct customer interaction.
  • Proven ability to deliver 5-star experiences to clients.
  • Strong skills in guiding teams, enforcing standards, and managing performance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and DocuSign.
  • Ability to manage schedules using a digital calendar.
  • Understanding of contracts, subcontracts, and terms & conditions.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • OSHA certifications.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing service or warranty departments.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).
  • Tech-savvy or experience with CRM/ Project management tools.

  • Base Salary: $75,000 to $85,000
