We’re looking for a Service Manager to join our fast-paced Operations team to play a vital role in leading and managing all residential service and repair operations, ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our customers.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage all residential service and repair operations, applying in-depth technical knowledge of roofing/siding and window systems to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality workmanship.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience.
Act as the main liaison between homeowners, crews, and internal departments, delivering clear, respectful communication and timely updates throughout the service process.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for building trust with homeowners.
Coordinate daily service schedules, dispatch crews, and manage materials to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
A well-organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.
Conduct on-site inspections and enforce company standards, providing guidance and support to technicians as needed.

BA/BS preferred.
