We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Operations team to ensure accurate timing in material and service delivery. This role is critical to keeping our job sites running smoothly, preventing costly delays, and maintaining strong communication between vendors, suppliers, and field teams. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—ready to support our teams with precision and urgency.

What you’ll Do:

  • Accurately place and track material orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid project delays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Schedule and manage delivery of site essentials such as dumpsters and porta-potties to all job locations.
  • Maintain a clear, organized procurement calendar to support multiple ongoing roofing projects.
  • Proactively monitor inventory levels and reorder materials to prevent shortages or work stoppages.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues promptly through effective communication and follow-up.

 

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Organizational Skills & Time Management Skills – With multiple projects happening simultaneously, the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks ensures materials and site services like dumpsters and porta-potties arrive exactly when needed, avoiding delays.
  • Attention to Detail – Accuracy in orders prevents rework, excess spending, and project disruptions due to incorrect or missing materials.
  • Strong Communication – Ongoing dialogue with vendors, suppliers, and field teams helps prevent misunderstandings, keeps schedules aligned, and ensures issues are addressed before they escalate.
  • Problem-Solving & Vendor Management – Unexpected delays or shortages are inevitable. Quick thinking and strong vendor relationships help us recover quickly without impacting job progress.
  • Construction & Material Knowledge – Understanding what’s being ordered—down to the type of shingle or fastener—reduces errors and improves efficiency in both procurement and field execution.
  • Technology & Budget Awareness – Using tools to track inventory and costs ensures we stay on budget and maintain transparency across departments. 

Benefits:

  • Base salary $65,000-$70,000
