  • Coordinate crew scheduling and dispatching across projects and markets to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Manage crew payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing in alignment with Gunner’s pay structure and frequency.
  • Partner with procurement and operations teams to assist with material ordering, dumpster coordination, and job readiness.
  • Forecast and monitor crew capacity to proactively recruit additional crews as needed to meet demand.
  • Work in conjunction with the Service Manager to assign crews to service calls, dispatching them promptly to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain and update the subcontractor tracking system (Google Sheets) to ensure all crew information, documentation, and job data remain accurate.
  • Develop and implement a crew performance grading system to track quality, reliability, and service history.
  • Identify underperforming crews through performance data and service call trends, and offboard when necessary.
  • Ensure full adherence to Gunner’s onboarding and compliance standards, including insurance verification, pay agreements, and safety requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractor partners, promoting accountability, communication, and long-term collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support field operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What do we require from you?
