What part will you play?

  • As the Manager of Field Installations at Gunner, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Construction Site Managers responsible for executing remodeling projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll serve as the operational bridge between sales, procurement, and field execution — ensuring that every project runs on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven field operations professional who can inspire excellence, enforce consistency, and drive accountability across multiple job sites.

 

What will you do?

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Construction Site Managers across multiple remodeling projects.
  • Oversee field execution and ensure all contracts are delivered with exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Establish clear performance standards and provide regular feedback, training, and mentoring.
  • Partner closely with dispatch, procurement, and customer success teams to streamline communication and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support Construction Site Managers in resolving escalated customer concerns, scheduling challenges, or scope deviations. Site visits may be required.
  • Review project scopes, schedules, and resource plans prior to launch to ensure readiness.
  • Drive adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies across all sites.
  • Monitor material management, cost control, and labor utilization to maintain project profitability.
  • Track field performance metrics and report outcomes to leadership, recommending process improvements.
  • Lead operational meetings, share best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What do we require from you?

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple site managers or crews.
  • Proven success managing large-scale remodeling or installation projects with direct customer interaction.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop field teams while enforcing performance standards.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and customer interfaces.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, DocuSign, and digital scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to OSHA compliance and workplace safety.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Professional presence, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant OSHA certifications required.

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
  • Two-week onboarding program
