What to Expect as a Managing Consultant at TGG
- Client Engagement & Delivery: Leading complex ERP implementation and other system implementation projects, guiding clients through system selection, configuration, and deployment. Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful outcomes.
- Strategic Account Leadership: Serving as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, overseeing specific accounts to drive growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Business Development: Leveraging your network to identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to TGG’s expansion in the DFW market.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentoring and managing consultants, fostering professional growth and aligning teams with TGG’s execution, technology, people, and strategy service lines.
Who Will You Work With:
- Clients: Collaborating with TGG’s clients to deliver exceptional ERP solutions, building trust with various stakeholders across diverse industries.
- Leadership Team: Working closely with TGG's leadership to develop and close strategic opportunities within current and new clients in the DFW market.
- Consulting Team: A collaborative team of consultants dedicated to outstanding client service and continuous professional growth.
Examples of What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, including leading several ERP implementation engagements and teams. Candidates with significant leadership experience in a related field may also be considered, provided they can demonstrate success in managing client relationships and delivering impactful business results.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep experience in enterprise program management, project management, business analysis, change management, and process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Agile techniques and experience in organizational design and business strategy development are advantageous.
- Industry Expertise: Functional knowledge in areas such as financial services, digital, e-commerce, supply chain, technology, data architecture, and data analytics. Industry experience in sectors like healthcare, retail, insurance, manufacturing, and utilities is preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and/or Prosci ADKAR are desirable.
- Local Market Insight: A robust professional network within the DFW area, with the ability to leverage local connections to drive business development and client engagement.
Salary and Benefits:

Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as: experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target bonus total compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. Additional compensation beyond this range is available as a result of leadership and business development opportunities. Salary details are discussed openly during the hiring process.
Work Environment:
TGG is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, but this role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, supporting local clients. It requires the ability to be onsite at client offices in DFW daily, with potential travel as needed.
We serve clients across diverse industries, including Fortune 100 companies, retail, apparel, government, education, and insurance. Because of this, our consultants must be adaptable, with the ability to travel and work both remotely and onsite. Each engagement has unique conditions, and we work collaboratively with both our client and team members regarding onsite and travel requirements.
