  • Maintain and troubleshoot the firm's AI data integrations, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections, ensuring approved AI tools connect reliably and securely to GW&K data sources.
  • Create and manage agentic workflows and autonomous agents that orchestrate multi-step tasks across the firm's data, tools, and AI models.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees on approved AI tools and best practices, identify adoption barriers, and deliver training, user guides, and documentation supported by a central knowledge base.
  • Track and report on adoption, usage, ROI, and business-impact metrics across AI initiatives, and support monitoring of AI-related budget and expenses.
  • Support the firm's AI governance practices in coordination with Legal & Compliance, helping ensure AI usage and data connectivity align with firm policies and regulatory obligations as an SEC-registered investment adviser.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in technical, engineering, or IT solutions/integration-focused role.
  • Prior experience in the investment management industry, or in asset management, wealth management, or a related financial services field preferred.

  • Direct experience integrating software systems and data sources via APIs, including configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and independent issue diagnosis.
  • Familiarity building and configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration standards is a plus.
  • Experience building or customizing agentic workflows or AI agents in any tooling, Microsoft Foundry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and document processes and procedures.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mentality who takes initiative, troubleshoots independently, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, evolving environment.
