THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Web Producer to our Marketing team in São Paulo!

The Wellhub team is seeking a Web Producer to support the implementation and maintenance of web properties across a variety of channels and products. This role will sit within the Campaign Studio team within marketing working cross-collaboratively with engineering, brand & creative, and product teams.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop and implement engaging web experiences, including new page builds, feature enhancements, and campaign integrations across 13 different localizations using our CMS, Strapi.
  • Collaborate with brand, design, engineering, and product teams to create seamless, high-performing web solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) across different browsers and devices to ensure a flawless user experience before publishing updates.
  • Support A/B testing in Optimizely to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure adherence to UX, accessibility, and web development best practices, delivering high-quality digital experiences.
  • Analyze web performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements in the customer journey for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Support key projects such as web platform migrations, CMS enhancements, and technical SEO implementations.
  • Establish strong relationships with design, brand, development, product, analytics and marketing teams.
  • Communicate through product management tools such as Jira and Asana to collaborate workflows between multiple teams
  • Assist in the review of workflows to identify areas of improved efficiency.
  • Ensure timelines are appropriately communicated

WHO YOU ARE

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office when requested.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, gather requirements, and align expectations with stakeholders across teams.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO best practices.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and optimization for mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility, UI/UX and web marketing best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with headless CMS.
  •  Understanding of product analytic tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Previous experience working across multiple localizations is a plus.
  • Experience with Javascript is a plus
