THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a B2B Paid Media pro who can think strategically, execute ruthlessly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. If you're someone who knows the channels that work, isn't afraid to test the ones that don’t (yet), and can deliver results against real revenue goals, this role may be for you!
As Senior Manager of B2B Paid Media for the US, you’ll lead paid acquisition strategy and execution in our most strategic market. Reporting to the Global Director of Paid Media and working closely with the US Demand Generation Lead, you’ll own full-funnel performance. From first click to pipeline. Your job isn’t to chase vanity metrics, it’s to drive qualified demand.
This is a high-visibility role with strong alignment to Marketing KPIs, and requires close collaboration with content, creative, and marketing operations, not direct interface with sales.
YOUR IMPACT
- Own US Paid Media strategy and execution, aligned to pipeline goals.
- Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns: Awareness, Lead Generation, Nurture, ABM and more.
- Set and report on KPI's tied to pipeline, opportunity creation and conversation.
- Analyze performance and deliver strategic recommendations
- Champion experimentation and channel innovation such as Reddit, YouTube, CTV and wherever your instincts take you.
- Collaborate with regional marketers, content, creative and ops teams to execute and iterate.
- Drive pipeline and revenue, not just clicks. You'll own strategy and performance across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, CTV and beyond.
- Bring a strong POV on what works in B2B today, and what needs reinvention.
- Align closely with the US Demand Gen Lead, ensuring campaign performance maps to business goals and supports our broader GRM strategy.
- Manage media budgets, agency relationships, and in-house resources to hit targets.
- Test and scale high-impact tactics across all funnell stages from awareness to ABM and retargeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to ensure paid programs are integrated and effective

WHO YOU ARE
- 4 - 6+ years in Paid Media with a clear track record in B2B growth and revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other emerging platforms.
- Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and whatever you use to make sense of performance data.
- Experience building campaigns for Enterprise and SMB segments with different journeys and needs.
- High standard and a strong sense of ownership, you hit your goals and ask the hard questions.
- Strong internal collaboration skills and the ability to partner closely with demand gen leads.
- Bonus if you've worked in SaaS, Tech or wellness categories.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
