THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to our Client Sales team in São Paulo!

This position is crucial to the pre-sales process, focusing on the qualification and development of leads who show real-time interest via the chat on our website.

You will be the first line of contact, converting immediate conversations into qualified business opportunities for the Sales team. You will be responsible for managing and qualifying leads who actively seek contact through the online chat (using the BLIP tool). Your focus will be on the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) market to drive business in Brazil.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Generate business opportunities by interacting with and qualifying leads who arrive via website chat, in addition to performing follow-up via phone and email.
  • Quickly connect with leads who request contact, providing agile and consultative service.
  • Qualify and understand lead needs through structured chat conversations, identifying the company's "fit" with Wellhub solutions.
  • Be highly organized to manage the volume of simultaneous chat interactions, prioritize leads, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Maintain high activity and focus on productivity, including the volume of chat interactions, calls, and follow-up emails.
  • Develop creative ways to connect with and approach potential clients, ensuring an excellent pre-sales experience.
  • Communicate complex solutions in corporate contexts, presenting the Wellhub value proposition clearly and engagingly.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to build and validate opportunities for meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Keep the CRM updated with accurate and detailed information on chat interactions and lead qualification status.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office once a week.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales (Inbound), sales, customer service (chat/support), or corporate/account relationship management.
  • A communicative, outgoing, and enthusiastic person, with strong writing skills and active listening ability to conduct effective qualification conversations via chat.
  • An ambitious and persistent person, driven by metrics and with high self-initiative to manage a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Extremely receptive to training and adaptable to change, capable of working on multiple fronts and projects.
  • A curious person with an interest in learning and development, and open to changes and improvements through training, adaptability, and involvement in specific projects.
  • Must be adaptable and optimistic, working well in an international context and demonstrating to be an excellent team player.
  • Intermediate level of English (especially reading and writing), as we are part of a global business unit and our tools are in English.
  • Professional experience using tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
