THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Compensation Senior Manager to our People team in Brazil!
This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
The Employee Compensation Sr. Manager plays a critical and strategic role in designing, managing, and continuously enhancing the company's global broad-based compensation strategy, programs and policies, ensuring global competitiveness, equity, and compliance with all relevant laws and best practices. This role requires deep expertise in salary management, cash incentive programs, and equity-based compensation (especially stock options) across a diverse, global employee base. The Senior Manager will independently drive large-scale compensation projects, serve as the primary subject matter expert, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and lead communication and education initiatives to ensure comprehensive understanding of our total rewards philosophy.
This role significantly impacts the company's ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally by ensuring a competitive, legally compliant, and clearly understood compensation structure.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead the implementation and governance of competitive, equitable, and legally compliant global broad-based compensation programs, including salary structures, annual cash incentive plans, and stock option/equity-based programs.
- Develop and execute robust, global compensation communication and education strategies for employees, people leaders, and the People team, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent understanding of Compensation programs, practices, and policies.
- Lead pay equity efforts, including developing and updating the company's pay equity policy, running regular pay equity analyses, and ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and public disclosure mandates across all operating countries.
- Monitor and collaborate with the applicable teams to ensure compliance with local and international evolving compensation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in the countries where the company operates.
- Provide deep analysis and strategic insights based on extensive market studies and evolving compensation trends/best practices to proactively recommend and implement program changes.
- Serve as a key advisor and compensation subject matter expert to People team, leaders and employees globally.
- Manage key internal and external relationships to optimize compensation processes and maintain compliance with global standards.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Robust knowledge of common and best compensation practices regarding salary management, cash incentive programs, and stock options and equity-based compensation programs.
- Awareness of evolving practices and legislation related to pay equity and pay transparency.
- Experienced at creating and executing global project plans, especially around compensation communications as well as education.
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex global market benchmarking, compensation modeling, and trend analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and deep familiarity with Workday or similar global HRIS.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, with a substantial portion of that time in a strategic role.
- Demonstrated experience in a Global role managing and executing compensation programs and projects for a multi-country employee base.
- Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.
