THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Head of Global Social Media to our Marketing team in São Paulo

We’re looking for a visionary, deeply creative Head of Global Social Media to define and lead Wellhub’s global social media strategy across all audiences: B2B (clients), B2C (end users), and B2P (partners). 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for architecting our global presence across platforms, building regionally relevant playbooks, pioneering our influencer and ambassador strategy, and shaping how the world experiences the Wellhub brand. You will serve as both a strategic leader and a creator at heart—someone who lives and breathes social, loves being on camera, and instinctively knows how to capture moments that cut through.

You’ll manage a global team, collaborate with country leads across 15+ markets, and partner closely with creative, PR, product marketing, employer brand, customer advocacy, and senior leadership to build Wellhub into the most engaging, human, and impactful brand in the wellness space.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead Wellhub’s Global Social Media Vision
    • Build and own the end-to-end global social media strategy across all audiences (B2B, B2C, B2P).
    • Define the long-term vision for how Wellhub shows up on social—voice, creative, cadence, innovation roadmap, and platform ecosystem.
    • Develop global social frameworks, playbooks, measurement models, and operating processes that scale to 10+ markets.
  • Own & Elevate Brazil’s Social Media Strategy
    • Directly oversee the social strategy, content direction, and channel mix for Brazil—our most dynamic and socially engaged market.
    • Ensure relevance to Brazilian culture, platforms, humor, moments, and behavior, while aligning to global standards and brand identity.
  • Build a Regionally Relevant Global Platform Architecture
    • Assess each region’s audience behaviors, platform penetration, and cultural norms to define the right platform mix by country.
    • Set clear guidance for mature vs. emerging platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kwai, WhatsApp Channels, and more).
    • Continuously evaluate and test new platforms, formats, and technologies to keep Wellhub ahead of industry and cultural shifts.
  • Lead Global Content Innovation & Production
    • Develop a video-first content strategy that blends storytelling, personality-driven content, and performance-driven creative.
    • Serve as an on-camera ambassador for Wellhub—representing the brand with authenticity, confidence, and energy.
    • Partner with our in-house studio in São Paulo to optimize production workflows, accelerate content velocity, and elevate quality.
  • Shape & Scale Wellhub’s Influencer + Ambassador Strategy
    • Build the global influencer strategy, including tiers, programs, selection frameworks, and measurement models.
    • Oversee ambassador initiatives across markets—ensuring alignment to business goals, brand values, and audience needs.
    • Partner with regional teams to identify creators who expand reach, unlock cultural relevance, and strengthen brand credibility.
  • Enable & Support Global Country Leads & Executives
    • Provide strategic guidance, training, and toolkits so country leads and marketing teams can execute world-class content locally.
    • Support Wellhub’s executives and thought leaders with social content strategies, positioning guidance, and amplification frameworks.
  • Lead Global Measurement & Insights
    • Define global KPIs across awareness, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, inbound traffic, and brand affinity.
    • Build a centralized reporting and social listening structure that guides strategy, improves performance, and identifies trends early.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Global Team
    • Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team across regions and disciplines (content, community, analytics, influencer).
    • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and operational excellence across all markets.
    • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE

  • You bring years of experience in social media, digital content, or brand storytelling roles—preferably in global, fast-paced environments.
  • You have deep experience leading social strategy at scale, across multiple countries or language markets.
  • You’re a visionary strategist who can set a global direction while embracing the nuance of regional cultural relevance.
  • You’re obsessed with social—you live on the platforms, understand the algorithms, and have an instinct for what will perform.
  • You are a video-first thinker who is confident being on camera and understands modern creator-driven brand building.
  • You love capturing content in the moment—office culture, events, behind-the-scenes, spontaneous moments of magic.
  • You’re experienced in influencer strategy and partnerships, ideally across multiple tiers and markets.
  • You’re analytical and fluent in platform metrics, social listening, measurement frameworks, and ROI storytelling.
  • You’re a strong leader who can inspire cross-functional teams and empower local teams worldwide.
