THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Sales Director to our Partners team in São Paulo!
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development professional with a focus on Strategic Hunting and Relationship Building to expand our network of partners (Gyms and Studios) in Brazil. In addition to converting high-relevance accounts—which require patience and tactics—this professional will act as a Wellhub promoter and influencer among associations, consultants, opinion leaders, and other partners of regional or sector relevance.
YOUR IMPACT
- Target Accounts Strategy: Map, approach, and close partnerships with key players in the fitness market. These are long-cycle negotiations that require high levels of customization.
- Complex Negotiations: Structure agreements involving multiple variables and decision-makers, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the partnership.
- Ecosystem and Influence: Act as a brand ambassador to the main pillars of the Brazilian fitness market. Work with the Long Tail partner management team to create processes and forums (such as regional events) to strengthen ties with small partners.
- Thought Leadership and Influence: Position Wellhub as a strategic partner alongside associations (such as ACAD), consultants, and opinion leaders, acting as a growth facilitator for the sector.
- Data and Intelligence: Collaborate with Sales Strategy to translate internal market insights and industry reports (such as the EY Report) into the sales pitch, streamlining training and processes for the entire executive team.
- PR & Media: Collaborate with the press office and participate in events to keep the brand top-of-mind for gym owners.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
WHO YOU ARE
- Business Strategist: Ability to convert complex visions into tangible solutions, using a consultative approach to build high-level partnerships.
- Connected: Already possesses or can easily navigate through major players and associations (Bonus: knowledge of the Brazilian gym market).
- Resilient: Understands that a key account can take months to convert and knows how to manage that pipeline effectively.
- Analytical: Capable of using market data to dismantle technical objections.
- English: Advanced - Wellhub is a global company!
